Mr. Fowler has been a civil trial lawyer for over 25 years and is a founding partner of Peake and Fowler. His is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, (B.A. 1976) and the USC Law School, (J.D. 1979). His practice focuses on auto, personal injury and workers compensation cases. He has been a, Legal Instructor at the University of South Carolina Fort Jackson Campus, Judge. S.C.
